Ms. Tootsie’s

Ms. Tootsie's is a soul food restaurant/bar/lounge located in Philadelphia, PA. Inside is a very nicely decorated all white themed space. It is dimly lit, creating a relaxing and enchanting ambience. And the food is great!

Photographed are a couple of dishes served there. The food was really good, but a bit expensive. The great thing is that you can choose from either the starter meals or the entrees. The starters are actually kind of filling, however you could definitely add to it depending on what you get. The cute thing about the restaurant is that all the drinks are made in these fancy glasses. Even the sweet tea is decorated with a watermelon slice, pictured in the first photo, to look like a fancy drink. In the second picture is crab cakes and fries and in the third picture is chicken and waffles. Other things on the menu include crab mac and cheese balls, buffalo shrimp, fried tilapia, and an array of sides to complement the entrees.

I'd definitely recommend Ms. Tootsie's to anyone looking for a good soul food restaurant. Try it out if you're ever in Philly!
